Ordering Online

How do I make an order and what are the payment methods?

We only accept Paypal for USD payment, and we only accept Singapore interbank/ATM transfer for SGD payment.

Step1. Select from our attractive range of products online and simply add it into your Shopping Cart.
Step2. When you have finished shopping, click on Checkout to proceed for payment.
Step3. You will be asked to enter your personal information, such as shipping address. For existing members, please log in to your account.
Step4. Click on Final Checkout.
Step5. Proceed to make payment through Paypal.

Paypal accepts payment through Paypal accounts and also accepts these major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. Shinorganic does not at any point see or receive your financial details nor is the details displayed on any website. They are securely encrypted using 128 bit encryption by Paypal system.

For payment via Singapore online interbank transfer or Singapore ATM transfer:
At Step5, you will reach the Paypal page. Click "Cancel and return to Shinorganic" at the bottom left corner. We will get a order notification without Paypal payment.
Step6. Proceed to transfer the payment to our bank account, details as follows:

Step7. Drop us an email at info@shinorganic.com to notify us of the Bank/ATM transfer and transfer amount.
Step8. We will verify the transfer and process the order as usual.

What are your delivery charges?

- Delivery is free within Singapore with any purchase! For overseas, delivery is free for purchases of US$100 or more in a single order. Otherwise a flat fee of US$10 is chargeable. For faster Speedpost Worldwide Courier express delivery, please see our Express Delivery Rates. Please note that this premium service is chargeable regardless of spent amount.

Do your pricing include taxes or custom duties?

- Our pricesshown does NOT include prevailing taxes or custom duties at your country of purchase. This will be paid by the customer.

Do you provide Gift Wrapping services?

- Yes! All you have to do is indicate check the Gift Wrapping option(s) in your shopping cart and quantity required. Tell us the specific items per Gift Wrap option and any personalized message(s) for the card(s) in the comments box and occasion(s) if any. And we will send it to your designated address. Each elegant Gift Wrap option costs only USD$3.5! These can be shipped via the default or Speedpost Worldwide Courier express delivery. Please see Express Delivery Rates.

How are orders shipped and how long do they take?

- Orders that are in stock are sent out from Shinorganic within 2 working days. There are no shipments on weekends and Public Holidays in Singapore. The default shipping service is via our local SingPost Standard Airmail and usually takes about 2-14 working days to reach you. For more inaccessible destinations, it may take up to 21 working days. Speedpost Worldwide Courier express delivery service is also available. This premium service reduce the shipment time by about half. Speedpost deliveries are also traceable online at http://www.speedpost.com.sg/ . Please see Express Delivery Rates.

Do you ship to overseas customers?

- Yes, we ship to overseas customers in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, China, Malaysia, and more! You can email us at info@shinorganic.com to enquire if we ship to your country. For your convenience, shipping is absolutely free for purchases of US$100 or more. Otherwise a flat fee of US$10 applies.

What if my orders have not reached me after several days?

- If your orders did not reach you within 3 working days for Singapore address and 15 working days for overseas address, please email info@shinorganic.com. You might also want to check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced.

Can I still order if the product is out of stock?

- If we are out of stock for certain products, you can email us at info@shinorganic.com to enquire on our restock schedule, after which we will contact you once the product has been replenished.

Why do some items take so long to re-stock?

- Because of the organic and natural nature of our product ingredients, some products may take a longer time to produce. We will try our best to anticipate each product demand, but seek your understanding in any delay.

How can I know if my order went through?

- An order acknowledgement will be emailed to you with information of your transaction together with your order number. You can save/print a copy for reference.

Can I cancel an order?

- You can cancel an order if the products have not been shipped out from Shinorganic. Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 2 working days. Otherwise you will still be chargeable for the order.

What if I'm not happy with the products I received?

- Any damage, defect must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. The items must be returned in the original condition in which it was received. Please email info@shinorganic.com on where to send and how to arrange the refund or exchange and we will be glad to assist you!

 

About Products

Why is a Patch test recommended for all products?

- Although all our products are organic and natural, and safe from harsh chemicals, it is possible you might still be allergic to some of the natural ingredients. This is why we advise all customers to do a simple patch test for all products. To perform a patch test, simply apply product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Do not use if you redness or irritation develops. Remove product immediately with warm water and a damp cloth.

I have never used organic skin care products before. Will I notice any difference?

- When you first switch to organic skin care, your skin may break out or appear a little inflamed. This is normal and should go away after 2-3 weeks. This is similar to detoxifying your skin. After 1 to 2 months, you should see the true benefits. However, you should always do a patch test first to ensure it is not an allergy reaction.

How to choose a product for my skin type?

- You can read in the product description to know if a product is suitable for your skin type, or if you are still want more help, you can always write to us at info@shinorganic.com.

Do you provide samples?

- We do provide samples with purchase based on availability.

Can I use different brands concurrently?

- Definitely! Some products from some brands may suit you better than others. Test it out and form your personalized beauty range!

How do I know the ingredients in your products?

- We are proud of our product ingredients and they are stated in the product information together with the product for your easy reference.
